By accessing and using TokBot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

TokBot is a referral marketing platform that allows users to earn commissions through referrals and sales. The service includes payment processing, commission tracking, and referral management tools.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of their account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Pay the annual subscription fee of $1,899

4. Commission Structure

Users earn 50% commission on payment volume they generate. Referral commissions are calculated based on the commission rate set by the referring user, with the difference retained as an override commission.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe. Commissions are paid out according to your Stripe Connect settings. The annual subscription fee is non-refundable.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time, but subscription fees are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

TokBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
